Dezso by Sara Beltrán
El Paso native Sara Beltrán began making jewelry as a personal hobby, stringing shells collected from beaches around the world into necklaces. In 2006, she brought her vision to a larger audience with the launch of Dezso (Latin for “desire”). Beltrán now splits her time between New York, Mexico and Jaipur, India. Her enduring love of the ocean is a through-line for pieces handmade of precious, semi-precious and natural materials like shark teeth, raw diamonds and fossilized shells. From tassel necklaces to sea-inspired charms, Dezso is sui generis.
