Is there a charge for shipping?

Charges for shipping, customs or duties are set by our individual brand partners. Most brands featured at The Conservatory offer free shipping. All relevant info is shared at the time you make your selection/s, and detailed again in the emails you receive from The Conservatory and the partner brand/s confirming your order. Please email customercare@theconservatorynyc.com or call 212.473.1333 between 10 am and 6 pm EST if you have additional questions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Specific delivery info is detailed in the confirmation email/s you receive from the brand/s after your order is placed. Most brands ship in two to five business days. If you need expedited delivery, speak to The Conservatory advisor when placing your order. Some brands offer same-day delivery in select New York City ZIP codes.

How do I check the status of my order?

You’ll be notified by each brand when items have shipped and are en route.

What if my item is out of stock?

The Conservatory shopping cart will not accept your selection unless the item is in stock with brand partner.

Will everything in my order arrive together?

Orders from different brands will be shipped separately unless you choose to have everything sent directly to The Conservatory. We will happily recycle extraneous packaging and consolidate your order, which can be picked up at The Conservatory at no charge, or sent by courier to most New York City ZIP codes or via UPS in a single package for standard rates.

How do I return or exchange something if I change my mind?

Because everything at The Conservatory can be seen, touched and tried on before purchase, returns should be minimal. In the event you’re dissatisfied or change your mind, items can be returned directly to the brand following its instructions. You may also return items to The Conservatory and we will expedite on your behalf. If you choose to return to The Conservatory, please include original packaging and return within one week of receiving your order so that we can comply with the brand’s time limit for returns. How will charges appear on my credit card statement?

Purchases will be shown individually by brand.

What payment methods does The Conservatory accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I place an order directly through TheConservatoryNYC.com site?
