Tortus is a studio in the heart of Copenhagen, producing hand-thrown stoneware vessels of the highest quality. Tortus is about the love of making and passion for materials; dedicated to the modern adaptation of traditional and time-tested making methods with the goal of creating vessels of a timeless quality and beauty.
This one of a kind vessel is hand made with dedicated craftsmanship by master potter Eric Landon. Hand-thrown of high fired stoneware and glazed for function in the Tortus Studio, no two pieces are exactly alike. Marked with the signature of the artist himself.
