They are the Mwani Zanibar Mamas. For generations, they have farmed seaweed according to the rhythms of the moon. When the waters are low, they wade bare foot into the shallows to tend their crops. From the shore, you can catch them carefully tie their young seaweed in, harvesting the plants that are ready and leaving those that re not for the ocean to nourish.

A nourishing blend of wild seaweed, fresh coconut oil, golden beeswax and lemongrass essential oils. To conserve the beneficial properties of our pure, natural ingredients, Mwani Zanzibar soaps are cold-processed and undergo a nine-week curing process, creating a beautifully gentle soap.

How to use: Gently massage into wet skin to release the sweet citrus fragrance and naturally exfoliating properties of seaweed. Exceptionally mild, this soap can be sued on face and body.
