The Noor is a long length, button front, shirt dress with tucks across the front waist the creates a flattering fit and flare silhouette. It has a band collar and fold back short sleeve. The dress is made from a lightweight Italian stretch poplin with a subtle multi-colored mosaic print. Unlined.
