Since the beginning of the 19th century, the glass dynasty Lobmeyr has proved to be one of the most innovative and renowned in the Austrian industry. Rather than limiting himself to the role of glass merchant, its founder Josef Lobmeyr, exclusive supplier to the Imperial court, invested and developed new designs and manufacturing techniques.

The ALPHA tumblers were designed by Hans Harold Rath in 1952 for postwar families looking to combine practicality with elegance. Available in various colours, inspired by copper beakers from the Middle Ages, this tableware glass demonstrates sublime delicacy and exceptional durability.
